02 Website Use
You may use this website only for lawful, personal, and informational purposes. You may not interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, introduce malicious code, scrape protected data, or misuse any form or registration process.

03 Tickets, Registration, and Credentials
Ticket sales, applications, RSVPs, and credential requests may be processed through third-party platforms. Availability, approval, seating, access level, pricing, and event-specific restrictions may change.
Unless a written policy states otherwise, purchases are final and access is non-transferable. A ticket, invitation, or submission does not guarantee admission when event rules, capacity, identity, age, safety, or credential requirements are not met.

04 Event Conduct and Safety
Guests, participants, vendors, staff, media, talent, and partners must follow venue rules, production directions, safety requirements, and applicable law. Miami Swim Week® may refuse or remove access for unsafe, disruptive, abusive, fraudulent, or unauthorized conduct.
- Schedules, lineups, venues, formats, and talent are subject to change.
- Bags, recording equipment, professional cameras, products, and promotional materials may be restricted.
- Participation in illegal, discriminatory, threatening, or harassing conduct is prohibited.
05 Photography, Video, and Publicity
Events may be photographed, filmed, recorded, streamed, or otherwise documented. By entering an event, you acknowledge that your image, voice, likeness, and appearance may be captured and used in editorial, documentary, promotional, archival, and marketing materials, subject to applicable law.
- Professional and commercial recording may require written media approval.
- Unauthorized live streaming, resale, or commercial exploitation is prohibited.
06 Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability
The website and event information are provided on an as-available basis without guarantees that all content will always be complete, current, error-free, or uninterrupted.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, DCSW Group and its affiliates are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from website use, third-party services, travel, schedule changes, denied access, personal property, or event participation.
